From 1 to 3 April 2020, the online SHARE Wave 8 Midterm Meeting was held. The coronavirus pandemic has prompted scientists gathered around the SHARE study to respond quickly to the current situation. As F2F interviews were discontinued from mid-March 2020 for the safety of our respondents, it was agreed that the effects of COVID-19 would be investigated by telephone interviews lasting 20-25 minutes using the “SHARE Corona” questionnaire.
